Instead of mounting your body in a straight horizontal line on, well, anything, you crouch on any object with your knees close to your chest and arms straight down.

His album, Tha Carter IV, was due to hit shelves in May but the deadline was pushed back twice to give the rapper more time to finish the tracks.

Now, the hip-hop star is hoping to make amends for the delays by offering his devotees a free mixtape, entitled Sorry 4 The Wait.

In New Orleans singing “Slave 4 U.” I almost died!

When you were starting out, whose career did you want to mold yours after?
Madonna. No question. She is an amazing entertainer. Besides Madonna, I also admire Sarah Jessica Parker’s career and her shoe collection.


Are there any of your songs that you wish you hadn’t recorded/you don’t really love?
No. All of my songs are f–ing amazing.

Do you listen to your contemporaries’ music?
Yes. I love Gaga and Rihanna. Rihanna’s “S & M” is awesome.

Eminem and Rihanna’s “Love the Way You Lie.”

What is your ideal way to spend a Sunday?
Playing with my boys, getting some frozen yogurt, working out, and taking a nap.

What is the dumbest, most ridiculous rumor that has been printed about you?
That I was an alien.

What is the rumor that hurt the most?
That I had died in a car accident.

How do you feel about plastic surgery?
When it’s time to pull and tuck, I’m sure I will consider it.

Heidi Montag Reveals New Body

After undergoing 10 plastic surgeries Heidi Montag revealed her new body in a bikini from her new upcoming line. The Hills star stated that she was more than ready for this and that she felt confident about her new body.

"I haven't been in a bikini since my new body and of course I'm wearing my own designs so I'm excited to show the world," she said.

Heidi also stated that she's ready to leave The Hills behind and is ready for new, not yet defined, projects.

Rihanna is in love! The fashion icon has been spotted in Mexico with her supposedly new boyfriend Matt Kemp.


The trip to Mexico follows a New Year’s spent overseas at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi - for which Rihanna was accompanied by Mr Kemp.

Doing quite well for himself, the Los Angeles Dodgers slugger won a Golden Glove Award and a Silver Slugger Award at the end of the 2009 season.

After almost 9 months Rihanna finally told her side of the story and about what happened the night that she got beaten up by singer Chris Brown

On what she said happened that night:
“I caught him in a lie. And he wouldn’t tell the truth … I was being more annoyed at that point in our relationship he had to lie about something so stupid. I couldn’t take that he kept lying to me. And he couldn’t take that I wouldn’t drop it. And … it was ugly.

“I was bleeding. I was swollen in my face,” she said. “So there was no way of me getting home, except for, my next option was to get out of the car and walk. Start walking in a gown, in a bloody face. So I really don’t know what my plan was. I didn’t have a plan. That whole night was not part of my plan.”

On getting back with Chris:
“I don’t have a desire at all to be with him,” she said… I can’t see how we … would get back together, but I’m also not God and I can’t predict the future.”

On whether or not she hates Chris Brown:
“I don’t hate him at all. I actually love and care about him and I’m concerned about him doing well. I want him to do well, have a great career, have a great life and grow up, and just take this as something that you had to go through to grow up and learn.”
