R&B singer Alicia Keys was spotted at the Communication Arts Program Symposium at the National Black Theatre on Friday in New York City. Here you can see Alicia in a short sleeve sweater, a high waisted belt and some black leggings. I'm not sure about the legging, I think the whole outfit would have looked better with some skinny jeans. What do you think about the leggings worn as pants.... Hot or Not?
