Chris Brown is not going to jail!
Singer CChris Brown looks down as he appears in the Criminal Courts Building where he reached a plea bargain. The entertainer plead guilty to one count of felony assault on his former girlfriend, pop singer Rihanna in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County on Monday, June 22nd in Los Angeles.
Chris Brown has reportedly copped a plea in his assault case. Which means he will serve NO JAIL TIME, but will be on 5 years probation. He’s also been ordered to stay 50 yards clear of Rihanna. They are permitted to attend work related events at the same time, but have to stay 10 feet from each other during those events.
Chris was also ordered to spend 180 days doing community labor (8 hours a day — 1440 hours total) in Virginia which is where he lives. A Virginia law enforcement officer told the media that Brown will be picking up trash, pulling weeds and washing fire trucks.
He must also enroll in a domestic violence counseling program and he’ll get supervised probation. If Brown violates probation, he could get up to 4 years in prison.
Attorney Donald Etra and singer Rihanna appear at a preliminary hearing at Superior Court of Los Angeles County on Monday, June 22nd in Los Angeles, California. When Brown left the courtroom … Rihanna walked in the courtroom. The judge explained the deal to her. The judge was telling Rihanna about the protective order.

Product Review: Elvive Care & Shine
L'oreal presents their new line care & shine that will take care of your highlights thanks to the fine combination of royal jelly and reflecting parts.
With so many shampoos and conditioners out there it's hard to know what works best and I'm sure most girls just ask their friends. That's what I do!
I tested the products and I must say that I was pleased with the results. My hair felt moisturized, soft and the color of my hair was refreshed. The line consist of a shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner and leave in.
The shampoo works for all hair types. After using it I think Elvive has found a formula that is strong enough to clean without being drying or heavy. My hair felt clean and soft - not stripped - with both shine and body (and I have dry hair!).
The smell, the soft cocunutty smell, that lingers on the strands, is so nice and sublte.
I continued with the conditioner. As I was combing my hair in the shower my comb just glided through like butter. Amazing! I think that is so important that a conditioner helps you detangle your hair. After rinsing it off I could feel my hair was moisturized already. This conditioner would be ideal for daily conditioner washes.
Finally I used the deep conditioner and left it for a couple of minutes. It helps feed the need for moisture. Afterwards my hair felt so moisturized without feeling to heavy.
I finished off the the leave in that left my dry ends feeling soft and moisturized.
The new line by L'oreal will be avaible beginning of July for the price of Shampoo (3,49EUR), Conditioner (4,25 EUR), Deep conditioner (7,39 EUR), Leave in (7,39 EUR).
Hope you like it as much as I do!

Usher Grace Miguel Affair — Usher Divorcing Tameka Foster Raymond For 42-Year-Old Woman
Usher is trading in the ole ball and chain for a new cougar. We hear the “Nice & Slow” star isn’t done with the old broads just yet. Insiders tell The National Enquirer that the crooner has walked out on his stylist wife Tameka Foster, 38, after falling for a married 42-year-old record exec.
The “Yeah!” hitmaker, 30, filed divorce papers in his native Atlanta, Georgia last Friday — the documents stated there was “no reasonable hope of reconciliation” - and now we know why.
Usher has reportedly fallen in love with Grace Miguel, a 42-year-old executive at Def Jam Records.
“There were rumours all year that Usher was going to file for divorce. But it was only when he fell for Grace that he took action,” an Enquirer snitch squeals.
“Tameka made a last-ditch attempt to save the marriage. But the relationship has been over since Usher met Grace.”
The insider adds, “Usher couldn’t resist her - and they’ve been seeing each other regularly on the West Coast.”
Usher is seeking joint custody of the couple’s two sons, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, six months.

Inspirational Stories of Famous Failures and Their Future Success
So you have tried something and you have failed. Maybe numerous times. You may have been told you have no talent, aren't cut out for "this business" or are never going to "make it in this line of work".
Well don't be discouraged. The following are stories of other people who were told the same thing or something similar and went on to be major successes! You might just recognize a few:
The Vice President of Columbia told this actor that he was never going to make it in the business. The actor? - Harrison Ford
His first book was rejected by 12 publishing houses and sixteen agents. - John Grisham
Turned down by a recording company saying "We don't like their sound and guitar music is on the way out" They were talking about the Beatles
Was told by his father that he would amount to nothing and be a disgrace to himself and his family - Charles Darwin
Told by a music teacher "as a composer he is hopeless" - Beethoven
Was told that "he couldn't sing at all" Enrico Caruso
Fired from a newspaper because he "lacked imagination and had no original ideas" - Walt Disney
Were told by Publishers that "anthologies didn't sell" and the book was "too positive"
Rejected a total of 140 times. The book? Chicken Soup for the Soul. It now has 65 different titles and has sold over 80 million copies all over the world.
Told by a teacher he was "too stupid to learn anything" Thomas Edison
Failed the sixth grade - Winston Churchill
Wasn't able to speak until he was almost 4 years old and his teachers said he would "never amount to much" - Albert Einstein
Did poorly in school and failed at running the family farm - Isaac Newton
Was not allowed to wait on customers in the store he worked in because "he didn't have enough sense" - F. W. Woolworth
Was cut from the high school basketball team, went home, locked himself in his room and cried - Michael Jordan
Producer told her she was "unattractive" and could not act - Marilyn Monroe
This book was rejected 18 times before it was published. It then sold over one million copies the first year. The book was Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach
Auditioned for All My Children and got rejected - Julia Roberts
Received 30 rejections and the author threw it in the trash. Luckily his wife fished it out again and encouraged him to resubmit it. The book was Carrie - the author Stephen King
As you can see, these are just a few of the people who refused to listen to the criticism or the "experts".
If they could do it - so can you!

Style File: Lindsay Price
I absolutely love Lindsay Price's style on Lipstick Jungle! It's classy, fashionable and she knows what colors suit her. In the episodes of Lipstick Jungle Lindsay's character Victory wears clothes that are sexy but still suitable for the office.
She also has a gorgeous figure that makes it easier for her to find the clothes that are suitable for her shape.
